The location is excellent, close to Times Square.

The room was very small and the air conditioning did not work. This made it very difficult to sleep comfortably. The window was also quite dirty.

the location was convenient. it was close to shops and restaurants. the room was regularly cleaned and had brand new towels. breakfast was tasty and a good start to the day.

the ac kept going out. it didn't function during sleep hours on two of three nights. staff helped twice to fix it, but it worked only for a few minutes before failing again.

the location was fantastic. it placed me right in the heart of the action. the room cleaning service kept things fresh (i really appreciate that!). the staff at the front desk were genuinely helpful with directions and recommendations. i found that quite reassuring.

the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours.

shabby tubbroken heat

the bathroom, oh, it really was something. a shabby, old tub complete with holes. i mean, who needs pristine porcelain anyway? the shower head, straight out of a '90s cheap apartment, reminded me of a gentle drizzle, not a shower. and the heat? broken, of course. 78 degrees in the room despite setting it for 68. someone was supposed to fix it but i guess they got lost. opening the window seemed easier.
